To begin with
To shop at In The Dreaming Garden, you need to be 18 years old. Completed order means that you accept the terms of purchase and agree that names and personal information that you fill in are registered in our customer register. In The Dreaming Garden guarantees that all information is confidential and will not be disclosed or sold.

An order via the internet is completed when you have received an order confirmation from In The Dreaming Garden. Should I in any event not be able to deliver the item you ordered, I will refund the corresponding amount immediately.

You can pay with card through Klarna or with Swish. In many countries you can also pay with Klarna invoice or partial payment.

Prices, VAT & Import fees
Prices when selling to countries within the EU include 25% VAT, with the exception of the children’s book Rasmus Råtta which includes book VAT of 6%. When selling to countries outside of the EU, the goods are sold VAT-free, and because of this the buyer may have to pay import fees.

You can choose to show the prices in four different currencies: SEK, USD, EUR and GBP. Offers are valid as long as stock lasts.

Delivery terms
I send the items with PostNord. See the current delivery time in the header at the top left of the web shop.

Should the delivery be delayed, you will be contacted via email for approval of a new delivery time. If you do not approve the proposed time, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase.

Replacement of damaged package
If the package or letter looks heavy, broken, or in some way carelessly handled: report this directly to Posten and they will replace the item and you will receive a new one sent to you.

For purchases that are to be sent abroad outside of Sweden, shipping costs from SEK 110 excl. VAT for purchases up to 200 g, and 159 excl VAT for purchases over 200 g (total weight of all the goods in the shopping cart), with a free shipping on purchases from SEK 800. For shipping within EU 25% VAT is added to the shipping price, while for shipping outside of EU no VAT is added. The shipping is traceable.

Within Sweden you pay a fixed price of SEK 49 including VAT for traceable shipping. You get free traceable shipping on purchases from SEK 700.

Uncollected packages
You have two weeks to pick up your package, after that the package is automatically sent back to In The Dreaming Garden. You have to pay for my actual shipping cost for sending to you if you do not pick up your package (can be more than what you paid).

Open purchase / returns and exchanges
In The Dreaming Garden applies the Distance Trading Act so that you can feel calm and secure in your purchase. This means that you have a full right of return for 14 days. 14 days apply from the day the package reached your delivery point. Contact me, Josefin, at letter@inthedreaminggarden.se before you send back your item.

Upon return, the purchase price will be refunded in full no later than 14 days after I have received the item. When exchanging, you will receive your new item no later than 9 working days after I have received your shipment.

It is possible to open and look carefully at the product, but the product needs to be unused, in unchanged condition and in original packaging with any original patches left.

How to send returns and exchanges
When you return or change a product you are responsible for the shipping to me. I recommend that you send whit traceable shipment. Pack the return well so that the product arrives in good condition. Return the item together with the invoice / delivery note / receipt, or a copy of it.

Consumer complaint
In the event of a complaint, In The Dreaming Garden is responsible for return shipping, but you need to pay for it for the time being. Pack the return well and save a receipt for the shipment. Notify me by email as soon as you discover the error. When I receive the shipment, I offer you the money back or a new item, you choose which one you want from these options.

If you have the opportunity to send photos of the damage / error in the email, you can get a new one or compensation before I receive your item.

When the complaint has been approved, I will notify you of this and send you a new item and compensation for your shipping costs, or I will refund you, within 14 days. The handling of complaints is applied in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, decisions of the authorities, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances, and a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affects agreements entered into as well as commitments on our part and keeping the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
